Extension of Time

Extension of Time

In case EDA 1913 being a case about an employer and a worker the Labour Court had to deal with an issue where the employee in this case sent an appeal through An Post. The employee paid for an express post-delivery. An Post sent it by Registered Post instead. The appeal was late by a day. The Court stated that these would constitute exceptional circumstances and allowed the extension of time.
